I wasn’t impressed with the customer service of this company. The cream may have been okay, but I didn’t have a good c.s. experience, which leaves me sour at the end of the day.
The customer service is completely terrible. The customer service representatives are not customer friendly and they do not help to meet the needs of the customer. I never received the product in the mail and I was still charged twice. When I called to speak to a supervisor they gave me the run around for evertime for 2 months. I had to contact my bank dispute department to get a refund that body solution was suppose to be working on for two months. Don’t buy the cream not worth the headache!!!!!
What was I thinking! I wish I had read the reveiws before purchasing this cream. It really didn’t work that good at all and I’m sorry I was even bothered. Not to mention the customer service reps are extremly rude. Of the three times I called not once did I get anywhere with finding a solution and don’t ask to speak to a supervisor because you’ll neva get one. I had charges on my bank statement that were unexplained that none of the representatives had a clue about. Be Aware this is a Rip OFF!!!!! Stay away
